The postage charge is £4.95 for standard delivery within the UK. 

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. 

So you should receive your order 5 to 7 working days after your order placement.

We will send you an initial e mail confirming receipt of your order and then a further e mail confirming dispatch of your order along with your order reference number.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours from our UK based wharehouse for items that are in stock.

At petit home, we constantly strive to ensure that the products we bring to your door are of the highest quality.

However, if you do need to return or exchange an item, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund if goods are returned within 28 days in a re-saleable condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact.

Although we are not able to refund postage charges or returns postage, we will never charge to send an exchange item to you.

We recommend you to obtain a proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
